Workshops

We run AI workshops, in public and inside your company.

A morning with everybody’s laptop open, working on your own documents and your own processes. People leave using Claude and ChatGPT properly, holding an AI policy they can put on the wall the same week.

What happens in the room

Things get built in front of you, on your material.

No slides about what is coming. We open Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini on the screen and work through real documents: a price list, a tender, last month’s management report. If somebody volunteers their business we build a working assistant for it while the room watches.

Nothing is sold until the last few minutes, and we say so at the start.

PossibleWhat these tools do now, shown on real work from property, distribution and professional services.
AskingWhy the same question gets a useless answer and a brilliant one, and how to tell them apart.
TrustWhere your data actually goes, and what Zimbabwean law says about sending it there.
MondayA Project set up with your own price list in it, so the room leaves with something running.

Tell us who is in the room and what they do all day.

That is most of what we need. A morning for a property firm and a morning for a stockfeed distributor are built from different examples, so the answer changes the workshop.
