A working session at Sabre Business World in Harare. You set up a Claude Project with your own documents, get your inbox summarised and answered, and write the daily brief you want each morning. You leave with a company AI policy and the steps to repeat everything at work.
Short clips filmed in the room at Sabre on 21 October. The 11 November morning covers the same material.

Bring a laptop and the documents you actually work with: a price list, your standard terms, a contract you are about to sign, a spreadsheet you inherited. Those are what you work on.
A short talk runs from 08:00 to 09:00. From 09:00 to noon you build, with help at your elbow. A free Claude account is enough for everything we do, and we send you the setup steps when you book.
The screens are rebuilt from the 21 October morning, using a sample company. Optional setup help starts at 07:30.

Each build is done on your own documents, in your own Claude account, so it keeps working after you leave. A printed sheet for each one means you can repeat it, or show a colleague.
It is the question we are asked most. If your email runs through Gmail or Outlook and your spreadsheets sit in Microsoft 365, you already trust large technology companies with your business data. Any of them could be hacked, AI companies included. The question is whether the time AI saves you is worth that small extra risk.
On the morning you switch off training on your chats in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, see what to keep out of them, and get a summary of what Zimbabwe's data protection law requires of your company.
One page: what your staff are encouraged to do, what must never be pasted into these tools, who approves what, and who to ask. A wall version and a version to sign.
It comes with a summary of what Zimbabwean law requires. The Cyber and Data Protection Act and S.I. 155 of 2024 require a data controller licence and a certified Data Protection Officer, with no exemption for small companies. Every legal point carries its section number so your lawyer can check it in minutes.

You keep these. The setup sheet is here now, so you can get your account ready before the day.

At the start we show working systems: a WhatsApp assistant answering a business's customers, and a watchlist that tracks prices and news and reports every morning.
Then we say plainly what it takes to build one for your business, and what it costs. Nothing is sold before that point.

Claude wrote the words, Suno made the voice and the music, and Nano Banana Pro drew the pictures. It sums up the rule the whole morning teaches: AI drafts, and a person checks it before it goes out.
An American software developer living in Harare, and the CTO of Executive AI Studio. He builds the systems Zimbabwean companies run on, including a WhatsApp assistant that takes a stockfeed distributor’s orders in place of the phone calls that used to fill every morning.
He teaches the way he works: plainly, and on the assumption that nobody in the room should feel behind.

No. A free Claude account at claude.ai is enough for everything you do on the morning. Claude Pro, at US$20 a month, adds scheduled tasks, such as a daily brief that arrives by itself each morning. You can upgrade on the day.
Yes. After a short talk from 08:00 to 09:00, the rest of the morning is hands-on, with help at your elbow, and each build has a printed sheet to follow. Optional setup help starts at 07:30.
Yes. Your IT administrator approves the Microsoft 365 connector for Claude once for the company, and it is worth asking before the day. Personal @outlook.com and @hotmail.com addresses cannot connect. Gmail and Google Workspace need no approval. The inbox block also works without connecting a mailbox.
A laptop and charger, and documents you actually work with: a price list, your standard terms, a contract, a spreadsheet. A tablet or phone will not do.
Yes. 11 November repeats it, so it suits colleagues of people who came on 21 October.
Press Book a seat and register in the chat: your name, phone, email and how many people you are bringing. A copy comes to you by email. Payment is in cash on the morning. You can also email jon@executiveai.studio.
Yes. We run the morning inside companies, built around your own documents. Email us to arrange one.
Press Book a seat and register in the chat on this page, or email us. We confirm your seat and send the setup steps. About fifteen minutes of setup beforehand means you start working at 08:00.
To protect the privacy of our workshop attendees, the pictures of people on these pages are AI images. They are made from photographs of the real room at Sabre Business World, using techniques that keep them true to life: the room and the way the morning is laid out are as they were on the day, and the people are invented.
