A working session in Harare, at a venue we confirm when you book. You set up a Claude Project with your own documents, get your inbox summarised and answered, and write the daily brief you want each morning. You leave with a company AI policy and the steps to repeat everything at work.
Bring a laptop and the documents you actually work with: a price list, your standard terms, a contract you are about to sign, a spreadsheet you inherited. Those are what you work on.
A short talk runs from 08:00 to 09:00. From 09:00 to noon you build, with help at your elbow. A free Claude account is enough for everything we do, and we send you the setup steps when you book.

Each build is done on your own documents, in your own Claude account, so it keeps working after you leave. A printed sheet for each one means you can repeat it, or show a colleague.
What your staff are encouraged to do, which tools are approved, what must never be pasted into them, who approves what, and who to ask. A wall version and a version to sign.
It comes with a summary of what Zimbabwean law requires. The Cyber and Data Protection Act and S.I. 155 of 2024 require a data controller licence and a certified Data Protection Officer, with no exemption for small companies. Every legal point carries its section number so your lawyer can check it in minutes.

At the start we show working systems: a WhatsApp assistant answering a business's customers, and a watchlist that tracks prices and news and reports every morning.
Then we say plainly what it takes to build one for your business, and what it costs. Nothing is sold before that point.

An American software developer living in Harare, and the CTO of Executive AI Studio. He builds the systems Zimbabwean companies run on, including a WhatsApp assistant that takes a stockfeed distributor’s orders in place of the phone calls that used to fill every morning.
He teaches the way he works: plainly, and on the assumption that nobody in the room should feel behind.

No. A free Claude account at claude.ai is enough for everything you do on the morning. Claude Pro, at US$20 a month, adds scheduled tasks, such as a daily brief that arrives by itself each morning. You can upgrade on the day.
Yes. After a short talk from 08:00 to 09:00, the rest of the morning is hands-on, with help at your elbow, and each build has a printed sheet to follow. Optional setup help starts at 07:30.
Yes. Your IT administrator approves the Microsoft 365 connector for Claude once for the company, and it is worth asking before the day. Personal @outlook.com and @hotmail.com addresses cannot connect. Gmail and Google Workspace need no approval. The inbox block also works without connecting a mailbox.
A laptop and charger, and documents you actually work with: a price list, your standard terms, a contract, a spreadsheet. A tablet or phone will not do.
