If you have messaged a business's AI assistant on the Executive AI Studio chatbot platform, on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email or a website chat, or used an app we run for a business, you can ask us to delete your data.
The channel you used: WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email, website chat or the app.
The phone number you messaged from on WhatsApp, the name on your Messenger or Instagram account, or the email address you used.
We may ask a question to confirm the request comes from you.
Your messages, replies, contact details and account are deleted
The messages you sent and the assistant's replies.
The contact details you shared, such as your name, phone number or email address.
The WhatsApp number, or the Messenger or Instagram account identifier, linked to your conversation.
The lead, quote, order or booking records we hold for you.
Your account and sign-in details, if you have one.
A business may already have copied details into its own systems, such as a spreadsheet, a calendar or its accounts. Those copies belong to that business, so we pass your request on to them.
We confirm your request and email you when the deletion is done
We confirm we have your request within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email you to say it is done. Backup copies are removed within a further 35 days. We keep only a record that the request was made and completed, and any records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
The privacy policy explains the rest
